* A 5% discount will be given if enrolled in more than one session. In fact, you can enroll in as many as three sessions to equal the full eight week camp season.
Enrollment Deposit Once accepted, send a $1000 Enrollment deposit (credited to your tuition) to ensure your place. Campers are enrolled in the order in which their deposits are received, subject to availability of housing (by gender and grade) and openings (by instruments). Once enrolled, you'll be sent a clothing and supply list, a health form, a travel form, and other pertinent information.
2-wk Session: $2450 Sunday, August 3 - Saturday, August 16
Tuition is due in full by May 1st. (A $500 late fee applies to payments after May 1st.) Tuition covers all camp expenses, including two private lessons per week, coachings, meals, and activities. Not included: travel to and from camp, laundry expenses, optional purchases from our camp store (camp photo, T-shirt, etc.) .
Scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships are available on the basis of need and merit. If you would like to apply for assistance, ask for the Scholarship Request Form (or download it here.) Scholarships are awarded as completed applications are received.
WithdrawingIf you let us know by April 1st that you are withdrawing, for any reason, we will refund 50% of your Enrollment Deposit. Tuition, including the Enrollment Deposit, is forfeited for withdrawals after April 1. Exception: If you have a disabling illness or accident before arrival at camp, we will refund tuition (minus Enrollment Deposit) on receipt of documentation from a physician.
