Each day of camp is packed with music and activities. While chamber music is the main focus of each day's schedule, we also emphasize the importance of balancing work with play and rest. We schedule free time throughout the day, allowing campers to socialize on their own or read a book, as well as optional activities such as sports and arts-and-crafts. Here is a brief outline of a typical day at Point CounterPoint:

"There is no music camp I know of that compares with PCP for that highest of all forms of music making: chamber music. Our son attended three years, and found the combination of great music, art and craft opportunities, intense coaching, outdoor physical activity and a retreat-like setting in the woods to be tremendously inspiring. At PCP, young musicians of various playing levels can "unplug" from our increasingly "wired" society and draw nourishment from art and nature. Practicing, rehearsing and socializing with peers lets students form friendships that endure long after camp is over."
